This package is for a Wedding Weekend– running from Friday at 12:00 pm to Sunday at 12:00 pm.

Gilbert Lodge (Including the Commercial Kitchen) – This rental space is incredibly open and versatile designed for unforgettable experiences. The Gilbert Lodge includes:

  • A Large Common Room gives everyone space to relax, connect, and make memories together with bounds of natural light to compliment the natural wood.
  • Flat screen TV for heartfelt photo slideshows during speeches & Wifi available
  • 3 standard ovens + 1 convection oven
  • 10-burner range for high-capacity cooking
  • Microwave and dishwasher for efficiency
  • Walk-in refrigerator and deep freezer for ample storage (amazing for Floral arrangements and drinks!)
  • A selection of pots, pans, cookware, utensils, and plates —at no extra cost

Gibert Lodge Annex – The Annex is the lower level of the Lodge. Its well equip with a table and chairs for a lunch break, and has mirrored walls making it the perfect dance studio. It is perfect for bride and bridesmaids to get prepared with full-length mirrors!

Care Takers Cabin – (2 Bedrooms 1 Bath | Sleeps: 4 Guests) This two-bedroom cabin offers a comfortable and scenic escape, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. With more room to spread out, it combines a cozy feel with added space for convenience and comfort.

Pavilion & Fire Pit– The Picnic Pavilion creates a warm, inviting setting for any event, combining beautiful natural views with a cozy fireplace hearth for a truly memorable experience. The Pavilion offers:

  • Spacious, open-air setting perfect for groups of all sizes
  • Ideal for rehearsal dinners, picnics, parties, and more
  • Freedom to customize your setup and experience
  • A comfortable, laid-back environment your guests will love
  • A charming bench swing for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings
  • Can be used as an after-party outdoor Reception space, or shaded Ceremony!

Mandatory Refundable Alcohol Fee: $500.00
