Beyond the sleeping quarters, the dormitory includes a large, comfortable lounge area for relaxing and connecting, as well as a dedicated meeting room ideal for group activities, planning sessions, or gatherings.

Refundable Cleaning/Damage Fee Policy:

Twin Lakes Park implements a mandatory $300 Cleaning/Damage Fee that is 100% refundable as long as the property is left in the same condition as it was found. This Refundable Cleaning Fee as well as Certificate of Liability Insurance showing $100,000 worth of Liability Coverage, is due 30 days prior to your event.

Refundable Alcohol Fee Policy:

Twin Lakes Park implements a mandatory %50 of the rental cost Alcohol Fee if any alcohol will be present. It is 100% refundable as long as the property is left in the same condition as it was found. This Refundable Alcohol Fee as well as Certificate of Liability Insurance showing $1,000,000 worth of Liability Coverage, is due 30 days prior to your event.
