Cleaning/Damage Fee Refund Policy:
Twin Lakes Park implements a $300 Cleaning/Damage Fee that is 100% refundable as long as the property is left in the same condition as it was found. This Refundable Cleaning Fee as well as Certificate of Liability Insurance is due 30 days prior to your event.
