Gilbert Lodge rents Monday – Thursday with a minimum reservation of 4 hours at the cost of $296. Additional hours can be added at $74 per hour.
Gilbert Lodge rents Friday – Sunday with a minimum reservation of 4 hours at the cost of $384. Additional hours can be added at $96 per hour.
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation if booked more than 30 days in advance. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the first date of the reservation.
Cleaning Fee Refund Policy:
Our cleaning fees are refundable if the property is left in the same condition as it was found. After inspection, the caretaker will confirm the condition and submit the request for a refund.
