The Picnic Pavilion is available Monday through Sunday. The minimum reservation cost for Picnic Pavillion is $180 for 4 hours. Additional hours cost $45 per hour. All Picnic Pavilion reservations require full payment when the reservation is made.
Cleaning Fee Refund Policy:
Our cleaning fees are refundable if the property is left in the same condition as it was found. After inspection, the caretaker will confirm the condition and submit the request for a refund.
