The Picnic Pavilion creates a warm, inviting setting for any event, combining beautiful natural views with a cozy fireplace hearth for a truly memorable experience. The Pavilion offers: -
Located near the Gilbert Lodge next to the sledding bowl used in the winter. Renters are to provide their own firewood. The path is not cleared of snow during the winter months. No lighter fluid, gasoline, or other accelerant is allowed. Fires must be monitored consistently throughout the event. A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation if booked more than 30 days in advance. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the first date of the reservation. -
The Olsen Cabin is a cozy getaway on the Twin Lakes property. This rental is available for overnight lodging. Rental is available Monday - Sunday. Minimum 2 nights are priced at $360 and additional nights are priced at $180 per night. Full payment is due on Reservation. Check In: 4:00 PM and Check Out: 10:00 AM.
Cleaning/Damage Fee Refund Policy: Twin Lakes Park implements a $300 Cleaning/Damage Fee that is 100% refundable as long as the property is left in the same condition as it was found. The Dormitory Meeting Room is available for rent Monday through Sunday at a rate of $60 per hour with a 2-hour minimum reservation of $120. The Dormitory Meeting Room can be rented whenever there are no guests staying in the dormitory. Cleaning/Damage Fee Refund Policy: Twin Lakes Park implements a $300 Cleaning/Damage Fee that is 100% refundable as long as the property is left in the same condition as it was found. The Care Takers Cabin is a cozy getaway on the Twin Lakes property. This rental is available for overnight lodging. Rental is available Monday - Sunday. Minimum 2 nights are priced at $450.00 and additional nights are priced at $225.00 per night. Full payment is due on Reservation. Check In: 4:00 PM and Check Out: 10:00 AM.

This package runs from Friday at 12:00 pm to Sunday at 12:00 pm. It includes the use (subject to availability) of the following areas: Gilbert Lodge - Reception Area with Commercial Kitchen Gibert Lodge Annex - Perfect for bride and bridesmaids to get prepared with full-length mirrors Care Takers Cabin - This is a nice place to relax and spend the night before the festivities. Pavillion - Perfect shade for a ceremony site protected from Northern Michigan's unpredictable weather or can be used as an after-party outdoor reception space! The multipurpose field at the park rents for $22 per hour. There is a 25% deposit required. The rent balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the first date of the reservation. -
